Episode 19: We've Got The Power - Nuclear Power!
Wednesday Jan 03, 2018
Wednesday Jan 03, 2018
On our first episode of 2018, with a fresh year ahead of us and a bit of reflection behind us, we thought it appropriate to dwell a bit on complete nuclear disaster. In this case, particularly, the Fukushima reactor in Japan that went into meltdown in 2011 (yes, we know, it seems longer ago than that). Legends tell that it's so intense, it's frying up robots and they're still not able to get close to it. We look into nuclear past and present, and talk about the causes behind the disaster. The same power source that might save humanity is also incredibly fragile when you're not careful.

Episode 15: The NXIVM CVLT
Wednesday Dec 06, 2017
Wednesday Dec 06, 2017
This week we look into the creepiest, cultiest little self help group you've never heard of. NXIVM (yeah, that's really how they spell it) aims to take humanity to its highest potential through kinda vague "technologies" and hours of coursework. It also wants to burn itself into you literally and figuratively, all fronted by its disturbingly charismatic founder and leader.

Wednesday Nov 15, 2017
Wednesday Nov 15, 2017
...then boy, we got another one for you. This week, we discuss the infinitely tragic story of Geli Raubel, Adolph Hitler's half-niece and the most deserving owner of the title A Series of Unfortunate events. Fair warning, this story is dark and might contain a lot of really upsetting material, so don't say we didn't warn you.
